Today is exactly one year since Paleo Diet and Fitness launched! I really wanted to mark the occasion as it has been such a fantastic and exciting year and I wanted to share it with all of you; my amazing readers.

Some of you may know that prior to Paleo Diet and Fitness I was a commercial lawyer for the best part of a decade in a large city law firm where I was miserable. After deciding that I wanted to make some changes and follow my passion in life – writing and Paleo there was no stopping me and Paleo Diet and Fitness was created; 4 books and 188 blogs later and here we are today on the first anniversary of this fantastic journey. It would not be possible without any of you so I wanted to thank each and every one of your for your support. There is a lot of exciting things to come over the next 12 months and I cannot wait to get started.
